井上陽水「ダンスの流行」
CDアルバム『white』で「ダンスの流行」を聴いた。作詞・作曲/井上陽水 編曲/星勝。“ダンス”のつくタイトルの陽水の曲はざっと見て3曲ある。「ダンスはうまく踊れない」「ダンスのチャンス」とこの曲。いろいろな編集盤にはいっている「ダンスはうまく踊れない」とこの「ダンスの流行」は、およそ同じ時期に生まれている（たぶん）。
だいぶ前のことだが、飛行機の中かなんかで、ハリウッド版「Shall we Dance?」を観た。オリジナル「Shall we ダンス？」のほうが面白かった。誰かが言っていた、あまり踊る習慣のない日本人だからこその話だと。そのとおりだと思う。このあたりのニュアンスは、当然ハリウッド版にはない。

ひとつ前の曲「迷走する町」で『white』感を堪能したあとのこの曲は、ずいぶん雰囲気が違う。転がってつまづきそうなリズム。こんなスピードで踊り続けるのはたいへんだ。
でも二人は毎日ダンスダンスダンス。クラブから外へ「暗い夜道」へ、捉われて、恋も忘れて。「赤い靴」の女の子のように、とまらない。

Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to tell someone!
