博多の休日
２００８年4月7日（月）雨
九州へ来る前の天気予報では日曜日が雨だったが、土曜日のライヴの開始ごろから曇り空が晴れ始め、日曜は快晴となった。遅れた雨が今日しとしとと降っている。
「福岡、長崎にはさまれているにしては、佐賀も食べ物がおいしい」と唐津で陽水が言っていたように、福岡はいろんな美味がありそうだが、博多は広くてどこへ行ったらいいのかわからない。昨日は天神で、地下鉄乗り場を探してぐるぐる回ってしまったし（笑い）
ライヴ中のトークって、あまり文字にしないほうがいいと思っていた。自分の例をだすのはおこがましいが、何気に言った言葉をずっと覚えている友達がいて、忘れたころに指摘されるって、いやなものだ。おおむね趣旨を違って記憶されているし。
しかし、ライブ・トーク集も出たことだし、小倉、唐津のお話をちょっと書いてみる。
「小倉は育った場所からいちばん近い都会。いつもいうことだが、身内が多いのでやりにくい。」
わたしの後ろあたりに、強力な地元応援団がおられて、「そうそう、いつも言うよね～」そして、「おかえり～」「いとだちょう～」と声援が飛ぶ。
「普通は正月が新年だが、われわれにはtourの始まりが新年で、小倉で迎えられてうれしい。
今年は年男で、来年は４０周年てことになります。」
おや？ビルボードでも、来年｛つまり今年）４０周年て・・・・・。まあともあれ、めでた続きで結構なことです。
唐津篇
「唐津は家族で来たときによかったので、自分が望んできた。よいしょじゃないですよ。３０年前にここでコンサートをしたとひとが言うけれど、内容は覚えていない。お茶をしたお店を覚えている気がする。」
「2年ぐらい前に家族ときて、素敵だと思った。石の橋などあって。そして食事が思いのほか（笑い）おいしい。なぜかとホテルの歴史を読むと上海あたりから外国人が・・・・・・（と薀蓄をひとくさり）唐津のみなさんもご存知ないでしょうけど。」
「唐津の話をしていると一晩終わるので先を急ぎますが、唐津市民の方はどのくらい？」と拍手で調査。
わたしも何年か前に佐賀のついでにこに立ち寄った。大きな川を渡った松原によさげなホテルがふたつあって、こんど来たらあそこに泊まりたいと思ったものです。でも実際はホールの近くにとったのですが、あのどちらかにお泊りなんでしょうね、と思って聞いた。たしか唐津城も見える素敵な場所です。
「あなたの気持ちをあらわすような歌を1曲あげて、と言われたら、この曲かな、と。」

昼から雨はあがるとのこと、これから行く羽犬塚ってどんなところでしょうか。そして今宵のライヴやいかに。
