井上陽水「夢寝見」
CDアルバム『ハンサムボーイ』（1990年CD）で「夢寝見」を聴いた。作詞・作曲/井上陽水 編曲/川島裕二・藤井丈司。シングル『夢寝見』（1989年EP & CDs）も。B面は「紅すべり」。
『Negative』から3年後の『ハンサムボーイ』は、前作とはまったく違って華やかだ。テレビCM曲、映画の主題歌、ニュース番組テーマ････。ジャケットもピンク地に陽水の大きな笑顔。中もカラフルなシャツ姿の本人の写真がいっぱいだ。好きな曲は「ライバル」「ギャラリー」「フィクション」のカタカナ組と「自然に飾られて」。「少年時代」は別として。
こんなコラムを半年以上書いていると、何の曲を取り上げたかわからなくなってきた。チェックをしてみたら、『ハンサムボーイ』で未聴は「夢寝見」だけ。苦手なのだが、聴いてみる。
♪青い瞼のシャドウが 瞳の影を彩る
♪ホテルの広い窓から 無数の星がまたたく
歌い出しはこうではなくて、ゆめねみ、ゆめねみと繰り返す陽水のコーラス。そしてこれはずっと続く。書いてみて、こんな歌詞だったのかと思う。都会的です。この歌で好きな詞はここ。
♪行方知らずでいいから 二人で恋をさまよう
おしゃれな作りの曲なのでしょう。
「今夜、私に」に続いて日産セフィーロのCM曲だった。チラっと見たプロモーション・ビデオが妖しくて、これが陽水の世界なのか！と、ちょっとショックだった。
この曲を好きという人もたくさんいるし、『GOLDEN BAD』にも収録されている。苦手なのは未熟な耳の所為。
