井上陽水「旅から旅」
CDアルバム『二色の独楽』（1974年LP）で「旅から旅」を聴いた。作詞・作曲/井上陽水 編曲/星勝。B面の4曲目、CDでは14曲中の12曲目。14曲といってもこのアルバム、1曲目が「傘がない-イントロダクション-」と名づけられた短いinstrumentalだし、2曲目「夕立」に続く3曲目は「太陽の町」-最後14曲目と同じ歌の１フレーズという凝った造りなので、実質12.5曲か。
今日１０月３０日の朝日新聞朝刊（東京版）の一面に、日光いろは坂の写真が載っていた。今年の紅葉は例年より一週間遅いという。よく、「例年より」とか「平均より」とか言うが、昨年や一昨年と比べてもらったほうがわかりやすいのに、と思う。
それはともかく、秋の旅、よいですね。紅葉に温泉、やはり秋は山でしょうか。でも、この「旅から旅」は行楽の旅ではなさそうです。

カランとしたギター（？）音の入る、ロックふうのアレンジがかっこいいです。
「黒いマント」「山高帽」「ステッキ」どこかで見たことがあるような気がして浮かんだのは《笑ゥせぇるすまん》（藤子不二雄A作）。でもこの人はマントは着ていない。それに、この旅する「おじさん」は
♪誰かが困っているときに来るのです
だそうです。やさしいひとなのですね。
シルエットだけで顔はわからない、名前もない、影のような「おじさん」。いまも忙しく旅を続けているのでしょうか。

「旅から旅」を聞いて旅することを覚えました。
「二色の独楽」はLPを持っていたはずですが、今はどこへいったやら。
つい最近ヤフーオークションで陽水の「スニーカーダンサー」を手に入れ、くりかえし聞いています。
中でもお気に入りは「勝者としてのペガサス」
「旅から旅」もそうですが、陽水はときどきびっくりするような歌詞を書きます。
１０年くらいたってから聞いてみて、またまたびっくりしたりします。

陽水の歌の中には、しばしば絵が見えます。
「勝者としてのペガサス」もそのひとつですね。
