井上陽水コンサート2008須崎

須崎市立市民文化会館（高知県須崎市） 19：00開演
新居浜から高知県須崎市へ。高知から四万十のほうへ特急で４０分各駅停車だと１時間余のところ。漁港だそうで、駅に着く前にちょっと見えました。入り江？内海？海が入り込んで船が沢山泊まっていた。濁らずにスサキと読む。昨日の新居浜は、アライハマじゃなくてニイハマでした。
陽水は市の観光資料かなにかで読んだとここの特徴をのべてました。えっと、雄大でおおらか？須崎のみなさんとは「初めまして」だそうで、今日の自己紹介は作曲の方法。即興で「須崎の本質」なる曲をご披露。お父上の郷里が近いので、町の名は聞いていたと。
８００人ぐらい収容との会場は、そこここに折りたたみいすの席も作られ、立ち見の方たちも沢山。ごめんなさい、よそ者のわたしが座って、と思う。
１曲目から手拍子、次の「東へ～」ではいよいよ盛大に、きれいに揃って、もうお祭り気分。外は雨だけどうきうきしてくる。須崎の、そして高知のみなさんは明るいです。
今日の「ワインレッド～」はベースからスタートしてギターが加わる。そうそう、この曲のとき、今堀さんは座ってアコースティックを弾くのです。
「氷～」もまた変わってる気が・・・。ハモニカも投げられて。
モバイルサイトのスタッフさん日記の言葉を借りれば、“渾身の”ライヴが続き、本編終了。
このとき８時４０分。実は高知への電車が９時１５分のあとは１０時ごろまでなく、出やすい位置にいれば間に合うかもと思ったわたしは、立ち見の方たちにまぎれて後ろに立つ。
ところがそれが嬉しい誤算で、出てきたのは陽水ひとり。ずっとシーズンカラーの明るいグリーンだったが、今日は鮮やかなオレンジのTシャツ。
福岡から来るたびに父上の故郷がとてもいいところに思えたと「海へ来なさい」をギターと共に。続いてそれこそ渾身の「人生が二度あれば」を。最後に声が詰まって、わたしもジーンときてしまう。
みなさんを呼んでの「少年時代」もその余波で、曇るステージを見ながら立ちつくすのでした。
さすがに高知は特別な場所なんですね。

高知のコンサート行きました。「陽水ライブ・もどり道」を思わせるような、陽水の少年時代の思い出と父親の回想、「人生が二度あれば」「少年時代」につづく感動的な渾身の歌唱。是非ライブＣＤでもう一度聞きたいですね。
